Good evening to everyone! I sit here beginning my very first blog, throwing around several ideas throughout my mind in what to write about tonight. I think I will just begin with a slight introduction to myself (I know, so cliche and a bit boring to some, haha). I promise you all, I am really not that boring, as anyone would experience if they lived a day within my own mind! I guess that is how I began to research blogging and begin one of my own. I actually got the inspiration to write and blog from the dear movie "Julie and Julia"....watched the amazing movie last night and felt so deeply attached to the story on so many levels, WRITING being one of the more predominant subjects. So, back to who I am...sorry haha ;) My mind does tend to jump around quite frequently (although, I think that is a gift we all receive the moment we become mothers, don't we?)
Ok, so I am a very young mother (22 to be exact) of a 3 year old little boy. It is just the two of us in our own little family. Yes, Motherhood has been trying, and being a single mom is the HARDEST job out there, but it is not Motherhood that has brought me here tonight.....it is my journey and the make-up of my soul and my mind. I am a creature of pure passion and I feel the need to share my story, to touch your heart and teach you all that I can. I want to teach you and share with you everything I have learned through my trials and tribulations, but more so, through the moments when I have experienced pure bliss and beauty, and when tears rolled down my cheeks in expression to the true love I have felt within me. I want to invite you to look into some of my most defining moments in life, the gradual awakening of my spirit and the wisdom I am gaining each day......Why? Well, because each of us will take something different from everything we come across, so while I might not know exactly what each one of you reading will gain from my writing, I know that I may touch some of you very deeply because of a gift I was given, and the thought of changing even just one person's life, well that alone is worth every minute of this. I want to share my gift, my knowledge and my love with whomever I can, whenever I can. I want to take you along through my journey, allow you into my mind and heart as I express my past and create my future. I want to bring awareness to each and every one of you reading, in any way that I can.
So, with that said, please do read on and lets take this journey together! :) I look forward to future posts and hey, this is supposed to be fun too!!!! (Don't think I forgot about fun, its a necessity to life!) We will laugh, cry and even experience moments of pure silence and thought together and I am excited to embark on this new adventure :)
